Import duties and taxes
We at Vista Audio are dedicated to helping our customers with duties and taxes, and here is how: the customer is responsible for paying customs duty and VAT assessed when the package reaches the destination country. We will take that into account when sending a quote, and our price will be reduced based on the estimated import costs, typically 25-30%. Therefore, the total price that you will pay will be the same regardless of where you reside.
Our products ship with all the necessary paperwork and we can provide electronic copies on request.
Considering this, packages refused by customers due to customs duty, VAT or other fees in the destination country are not eligible for refunds.
